6 And he was amazed because of their unbelief. Then[a] he went around among the villages and taught.
Sending Out the Twelve Apostles
7 Jesus[b] called the twelve and began to send them out two by two. He gave them authority over the unclean spirits.[c] 8 He instructed them to take nothing for the journey except a staff[d]—no bread, no bag,[e] no money in their belts—
